This is an off-plan property, with estimated completion in Q4 2023.

• Price for each residence starts from THB 25,750,000 for the fitted option or THB 27,750,000 for the furnished option.
• A reservation fee of THB 100,000 applies, followed by a 20% deposit upon signing of contract. 
• For residences under construction, a progressive payment plan based on the property's construction progress applies.
• A deferred payment / in-house financing plan is available to all buyers (without the need for pre-approvals) for up to 50% of the purchase price, payable in quarterly installments over 1, 3 or 5 years.
