Buildings are sold on a freehold basis. Land is available on a leasehold basis to foreign buyers. Land leases are registered with the government (currently for a maximum of 30 years as permitted by law) and are renewable. 

Land will be available for freehold purchase by Thai buyers once a land subdivision is completed. 

This is an off-plan property. Construction of the individual residences will take approximately up to 12 - 18 months to complete from commencement date.

• An optional furniture package is available at THB 7 million or approximately USD 215,000. 
• A reservation fee of THB 100,000 applies, followed by a 20% deposit upon signing of contract. Thereafter, a progressive payment plan based on the property's construction progress applies.
• A deferred payment / in-house financing plan is available to all buyers (without the need for pre-approvals) for up to 50% of the purchase price, payable in quarterly installments over 1, 3 or 5 years.
