Condominiums are available on a freehold basis for both Thai and foreign buyers. However, foreigners may only purchase up to 49% of the condominium's saleable area on a freehold basis. Otherwise, they may purchase any remaining units on a  leasehold basis (currently for a maximum period of 30 years as permitted by law) and is renewable.


This is an off-plan property, with estimated completion around 20-24 months from commencement date.

  • Price for each residence starts from THB 4.27 million.
  • A reservation fee of THB 100,000 applies, followed by a 20% deposit upon signing of contract. 
  • For completed ready-to-move-in residences, the remaining 80% is due on ownership transfer.
  • For residences under construction, a progressive payment plan based on the property's construction progress applies.
  • A deferred payment / in-house financing plan is available to all buyers (without the need for pre-approvals) for up to 50% of the purchase price, payable in quarterly installments over 1, 3 or 5 years.
